Job Responsibilities:

• Write attractive posts and reply to comments on various discussion forums and social media platforms (such as Lian Dang, Gao Dang, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance brand exposure and interaction rate

• Instantly monitor online public opinion and user feedback, and provide professional, appropriate and brand tone responses to negative comments, thereby maintaining corporate image

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to convert promotion goals into executable social content strategies, supporting product launches, promotional activities, etc. short-term projects

• Regularly analyze interactive data (such as likes, shares, comments), submit a concise effectiveness report, and assist in optimizing future content directions

• Familiar with Hong Kong's local network culture, common language and social ecology, and sensitive to and resonant with young generations' topics

• Have basic information identification ability, be able to judge the truthfulness of information and potential risks, and comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and platform content policy

• No need to specify academic qualifications or work experience, but only through content writing test and simulated scenario response evaluation, to demonstrate basic logic, empathy and brand awareness

• Thirteen months' salary
