Job Title: Part-time Customer Service Representative

• Responsible for daily customer inquiries, whatsapp and telephone inquiries, provide clear, friendly and professional service support

• Assist in handling customer order registration, data update and basic complaint preliminary recording, ensure information accuracy and transfer to relevant departments according to the process

• Maintain customer files and service records, organize and file paper or electronic documents as required, and keep the information clean and orderly

• Support the team in completing daily administrative support work, including clerical work, telephone transfer, meeting preparation and office resource coordination

• Requirements:

• Have secondary three education or above, no need for relevant work experience, fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and expression abilities, and clear and orderly writing in Chinese

• Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email systems), able to quickly learn the internal operating system

• Kind and patient personality, strong sense of responsibility, good listening skills and basic problem-solving awareness

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, and can be from 1 pm to 6 pm on Monday to Friday

• Hourly wage of HKD 70 to 80, the specific salary will be determined according to personal performance and interview situation
