Floor waiter

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer seating arrangements, properly seating them in order, and ensuring a smooth dining process

Provide professional and friendly customer service, including taking orders, answering menu questions, and handling basic complaints

Accurately and efficiently deliver food and drinks to the designated table, ensuring product quality and temperature

Maintain the floor clean and hygienic, including cleaning the table, replenishing cutlery, and keeping the service area tidy

Assist the team in completing opening and closing procedures, and help with daily floor preparation tasks

Work requirements

One year or more of dining industry floor work experience, familiar with restaurant operations, is preferred

Appearance is clean and dignified, personal grooming meets the standards of food and beverage service

Punctuality and self-discipline, with a high sense of responsibility and stable attendance record

Have good communication skills and service enthusiasm, and be proactive in attending to customer needs
