Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily orders in real-time, including verification, confirming inventory, arranging delivery and logistics tracking, ensuring timely order delivery.

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, instant messaging tools and phone channels, and properly handle pre-sales consultation, order abnormalities and simple post-sales issues.

• Assist in sorting sales data and customer feedback, prepare basic operating reports according to supervisor's requirements, and support operating optimization work.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic writing skills, and able to clearly write external responses and internal records.

• Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace), with basic data input and table sorting abilities.

• Careful and steady, with good time management skills, able to maintain work accuracy and efficiency in parallel tasks.

• Have basic service awareness and empathy, and be willing to actively understand customer needs and provide friendly and professional support.

• Accept a full-time job at the Kowloon office, working hours from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday, and able to accommodate the company's flexible work schedule.

• Enjoy 13 months of salary, calculated and paid based on the actual service months.

• Based on the company's operating performance and individual performance, year-end bonuses are distributed.
