8-9 hours of overnight shift service assistant

Work location: Kowloon District

Employment type: Part-time (2-3 days per week)

Working hours: 10 pm to 6 am or 7 am (8-9 hours per day)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for guarding the entrance and exit of the dormitory during the overnight shift, ensuring that entry and exit personnel comply with management regulations and undergo appropriate registration

• Regularly patrol the property range, inspect facility safety conditions, and report abnormal situations early

• Assist in maintaining the internal and external environment of the dormitory, prevent unauthorized item movement or suspicious activities

• Provide basic customer service, politely respond to resident inquiries, relay messages or assist in contacting relevant management departments

Work requirements

• Have good communication skills, be able to handle resident needs and emergencies with politeness and calmness

• Responsibility and alertness, able to adapt to the night shift and stay focused on patrol tasks

• Understand basic writing and recording, and be able to accurately fill out shift logs and handover reports

• No specific academic qualifications are required, but those with security-related experience or holding a security guard license are given priority

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand basic English or Mandarin as a plus
