Job Description
- Responsible for market promotion and sales of AI customer acquisition system, introducing system functions and application value to potential customers through telephone, online meetings, social platforms and offline activities.
- According to the company-provided customer list and target industry (such as retail, education, and services), actively contact and explore customer needs, and provide customized acquisition solution recommendations.
- Assist customers in completing system demonstrations, trial arrangements and basic operation instructions to enhance conversion rates and signing intentions.
- Regularly organize sales progress and customer feedback, fill in CRM system records, and participate in team weekly meetings to report on sales status and market observations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create simple sales materials (such as FAQ, success case summaries, and comparison rhetoric), and continuously optimize your personal sales process and communication efficiency.
- Aged 18 or above, with good Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, basic English reading and writing are preferred; no relevant industry experience is required, fresh graduates and part-time employees are welcome to apply.
- Have basic computer operating skills, be familiar with the use of Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Email and mainstream social platforms; be able to quickly master the logic of SaaS products.
- Have proactive attack awareness and stress resistance, and be willing to accept goal-oriented flexible work mode, and be able to independently plan daily communication rhythm and time management.
- Credible and stable, we value customer experience, do not push or mislead, and can accurately communicate the functional boundaries and actual benefits of the AI system, respecting the customer's decision-making rhythm.
- Weekly schedule can accommodate at least 15 hours of part-time work (flexible choice of daytime/afternoon/weekend hours), requiring stable use of personal smartphone and stable network environment for operations.
- Commission + performance bonus: Earn immediate commission for successfully closing orders, and receive an additional monthly bonus for meeting your targets, with no ceiling on your income.
