Reports to: Store Supervisor

As the part-time guest experience host, you will play a crucial role at the venue by demonstrating to our customers the core brand value: All-in-one, Sports for FUN. With sports and entertainment, we make all the moments of truth memorable by understanding the voice of our customers and ensuring a memorable sportainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Deliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism and in accordance to company and legal standards relating to service, health and safety

•⁠ ⁠Present menus and demonstrate a thorough understanding of games while ensuring customers know-how to play

•⁠ ⁠Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their visit, engaging with them to gather feedback and addressing any concerns as needed

•⁠ ⁠Bid farewell to customers professionally and address customer inquiries

•⁠ ⁠Deliver start of shift duties such as check-in, stocking merchandize counters, ensuring venue cleanliness

•⁠ ⁠Support Senior Operator or above to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist the rest of the team if required

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Right to work in Hong Kong

•⁠ ⁠Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Standard of spoken/ written English and Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Relevant working experience in kindergarten, hospitality industry, and hotels or in similar capacity is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, great teamwork, energetic with helpful and outgoing personality

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work on shift schedules and work overtime if needed
