● Work 5 days a week

● Work 8 hours a day

●Shift work is required, with the following shifts (all including 1 hour of meal/rest time):

○08:00–17:00

○14:30–23:30

○23:30–08:30

Job Responsibilities

● General administrative work

●File archiving, data input, copying

●Handle mail and general office documents

●Handle import and export and air transportation-related documents

● Supervise goods and documents to arrive on time

● Assist with daily administrative operations of the department

[Language Requirements]

● Cantonese: General conversation

●English: General conversation and reading/writing

●Chinese: General reading and writing ability

[Entry Requirements]

●Second 3 or above

●Applicants with relevant work experience are preferred

●No skills test required

●Attention to detail, sense of responsibility
