Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist professional early childhood education teams in providing personalized care and guidance to children with special needs, promoting their physical and mental development.

2. Responsible for observing and recording children's behavior, and reporting progress to supervisors or relevant professionals in a timely manner.

3. Participate in the development of activity plans that meet the special needs of children, and assist in classroom teaching and game design.

4. Provide a communication bridge for parents, regularly share children’s growth status and answer questions, and establish a good home-school cooperation relationship.

5. Collaborate with schools or institutions to arrange training courses and continuously improve their professional skills to meet the different needs of children.

Requirements:

1. Have a background in early childhood education and special education, with basic theoretical knowledge, those with relevant qualifications will be given priority.

2. Be patient and enthusiastic with special needs children, and be able to understand and support each child's uniqueness through empathy.

3. Have good team spirit, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and other professionals.

4. Basic Chinese expression ability is fluent, able to write clear reports and record daily observation data.
