Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk;
• Answering the phone and handling customer inquiries;
• Check-in or check-out registration work for guests, etc.
Position requirements
• Must have hotel work experience
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Fluent Cantonese, general Mandarin, and a little bit of English
• Understand computer operations
