High-end furniture factory general manager recruitment

Duties include:

• Completely responsible for the production management, personnel management, quality control and process optimization of the high-end furniture factory.

• Develop and implement production plans to ensure orders are completed on time and of high quality.

• Coordinate and manage factory departments (production, quality, warehousing, logistics, etc.).

• Promote factory standardization and processization construction, improve production efficiency and product quality stability.

• Responsible for team building and talent development, and improving overall management levels.

• Handling major issues in production and operations to ensure the factory runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• 10 years of Hong Kong single custom furniture factory management experience (must).

• Proficient in Cantonese, strong in communication and coordination skills.

• Familiar with the high-end furniture production process, technology, quality standards and management system.

• Have excellent leadership, execution and team management skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
