Duties:
1. Resource allocation
Plan and make facilities and equipment scheduling (including lighting / photography / sound / visual / electrician), optimize human and financial resources allocation
2. Quality control
Supervise program production quality standards, ensure compliance with safety regulations and production processes
3. Team management
Guide technical team operations and train subordinates' professional skills
4. Technical coordination
Requirements:
1. Hold a diploma or higher degree in television, film, digital media and/or technical art
2. Have six or more years of experience in television equipment setup, operation or broadcast facility, of which at least three years must be as a production team supervisor;
Or have eight or more years of experience in television equipment setup and operation or broadcast facility, of which at least three years must be as a production team supervisor
