Duties include:
· Administrative support:
Responsible for daily office management, file archiving (including customer records and policy documents), data entry and database maintenance, as well as scheduling meetings and trips.
· Policy processing and management:
Assist in preparing insurance quotes, handling new policy applications, managing policy renewals and revisions. This usually involves liaising with insurance companies to ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
· Customer communication and service:
Answer customer calls, reply to emails, and provide daily consultations on policy terms, insurance coverage, or claims process. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.
· Claim assistance:
Assist customers in preparing and submitting compensation application documents, and follow up on compensation progress as the liaison between customers and insurance companies.
· Financial support:
Handle premium collection, invoice issuance, and basic accounting record keeping and monthly statement support.
· Compliance ensure:
Assist in ensuring that all operations comply with the requirements of the insurance regulatory authority, such as assisting in the preparation of license application documents or internal compliance reports
Job Requirements
· Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree or above, insurance, administration, etc. related professional qualifications; More than 1 year of administrative, insurance operations or similar administrative position experience, familiar with the entire process of insurance policies;
· Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Office (Excel/Word/PPT), with data statistics and document management abilities; Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently interface with internal and external teams; Detailed and rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, sensitive to data, and good stress resistance;
