Investment Assistant (Shenzhen)

Duties include:

1. Responsible for daily collection, sorting and updating of capital market data, industry data and individual stock data, and building a basic investment and research data warehouse.

2. Assist the investment manager in conducting preliminary screening of targets, data sorting, draft preparation, and assisting in completing due diligence, interviews, and data compilation work.

3. Write basic investment weekly reports, market review, information summary, and assist in improving investment advice letters, product introduction materials.

4. Responsible for investment and research data archiving, ledger maintenance, meeting minutes, and assisting the team with daily investment and research tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, quantification, and statistics, and outstanding fresh graduates can be cultivated.

2. Experience: 0-2 years of financial research and analysis, asset management assistant, fresh graduates with no experience can be selectively cultivated.

3. Skills: Proficient in Excel data analysis, PPT creation, basic financial knowledge, and awareness of the capital market and fund industry.

4. Qualities: Careful and solid, proactive and self-motivated, strong execution ability, good stress resistance, and continuous learning awareness.
