<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br></p><ul><li>Assist customers with Hong Kong study, immigration application, and other related services</li><li>Understand the customer's background and qualifications, write content that meets the school's requirements</li><li>Collect and review documents from customers before the relevant application deadline, including filling out application forms, organizing text, translating application documents, and ensuring that materials meet the requirements of the target school</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with customers, submit documents, follow up on cases, submit additional materials, and respond to inquiries for other after-sales services</li><li></li><li>Arrange student training or general administrative work</li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements</strong>:<br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, Chinese/English/Advertising/News and Communication etc. Department is preferred</li><li>Excellent Chinese or English copywriting skills</li><li>Have good service awareness, clear work order, excellent time management and communication skills</li><li>Work seriously and responsibly, high work efficiency, with a certain stress resistance ability and team awareness</li><li>Proficient in Cantonese and understanding Mandarin is preferred</li><li>Welcome fresh graduates from Hong Kong, IANG non-local graduates, and foreign nationals</li><li>Prioritization for immediate employment</li></ul>
