Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling the establishment of a new company and annual application documents.
- Assist SME customers in preparing application for opening an account.
- Responsible for data input, file archiving, and general administrative support.
- Need to go out and submit documents to the tax bureau or company registration office.
- Need to communicate and hand over to different departments.
- Need to contact customers and answer general inquiries.
Requirements:
- Welcome fresh graduates (DSE / Diploma / Associate Degree).
- Good reading and writing in Chinese and English.
- Familiar with basic computer operations (Word/Excel).
- Carefulness, sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn and do.
- Good communication skills, kindness, and politeness.
