<p>Responsible for the daily operation of the store, compiling a shift schedule, and ensuring smooth operation.</p><p>Monitor inventory levels and perform replenishment management.</p><p>Recruit, train and manage in-store employees, boost team morale and work efficiency.</p><p>Ensure high levels of customer service, solve customer problems, and enhance customer satisfaction.</p><p>Build good relationships with customers and promote repeat business.</p><p>Develop a menu with the chef to achieve sales targets.</p><p>Manage store budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>DSE secondary school education or above, those with relevant work experience for more than 2 years are preferred.</p><p>Good Chinese and English communication skills, fluent Cantonese.</p><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp communication tools.</p><p>Have excellent problem-solving skills.</p><p>Able to work independently, while also possessing a spirit of teamwork.</p><p>Applicants with some knowledge or interest in the food and beverage industry will be given priority. </p><p></p><p>Daily 9 hours work (09:00-20:00 flexible working hours)</p>
