Main responsibilities

  • Market expansion and property search:Regularly meet with the sales team to analyze demand regions; liaise with real estate agents and use the platform to search for suitable apartments; arrange for viewing, measurement and photography, and provide comprehensive support materials

  • Lease and document management: Responsible for cost calculation, quotation, signing and renewal / termination of leases; accurately update leasing records and documents to ensure smooth contract execution

  • Project start-up and maintenance follow-up: Submit the unit to the engineering department for handling, and maintain communication with the owner; follow up on repair quotes and progress; process repair applications and compensation, and recover related expenses

  • Guest relationship management:Assist new residents with their accommodation arrangements, answer inquiries and handle daily needs; follow up on complaints or suggestions to ensure that guests have a good experience; and regularly collect feedback to improve service quality

  • Customer and partner relationship maintenance

  • Cross-departmental collaboration:Work closely with sales and project teams to drive the efficient implementation of dormitory expansion and management plans

Qualifications and skills

  • DSE/Grade Five or above; College or university degree is preferred

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of property leasing, real estate brokerage, administrative support or project coordination experience; with employee dormitories or corporate property background is better

  • Skills: Familiar with real estate search platforms; have cost calculation and quotation follow-up ability; be able to flexibly arrange viewing and adapt to different work schedules

  • Computer operations: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and CRM systems

  • Personal traits: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability; good at maintaining relationships between owners, agents and tenants; positive and cheerful personality, and identification with the company's mission and values
