Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for immediate response to online customer inquiries, including handling customer inquiries and needs through social platforms, instant messaging software and email, ensuring accurate, polite and efficient communication.
- Assist sales administrative support work, such as sorting customer information, updating CRM systems, following up potential customer contact records and sales process progress.
- Receive and process customer files and voice messages (such as contracts, quotations, meeting minutes, etc.), perform initial classification, archiving and forwarding, and ensure accurate and timely information transmission.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional communication, such as synchronizing customer feedback and project requirements with sales, operations or design teams, and improving service response speed and execution consistency.
- Have excellent Chinese writing and speaking skills, clear logic, appropriate vocabulary, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles of customers of different ages and backgrounds.
- Familiar with mainstream social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.) operations, and able to quickly master new tools and platform functions.
- Proficient in multitasking, able to maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness in responding to multiple types of information such as text, voice, and images (with a target response time of usually no more than 30 minutes).
- Have basic computer operating skills, be familiar with Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets and cloud storage tools; those with CRM system usage experience are preferred.
