Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily office operations, including file organization, data input, and administrative work, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Assist the department in arranging meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording meeting points and following up on related matters.
Receive visitors and handle telephone inquiries, providing basic administrative support services.
Manage office supplies inventory, conduct regular checks and submit purchase applications, and control material usage costs.
Coordinate internal department communication and document transfer, improve administrative efficiency and information flow.
Work requirements
Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operating skills, familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Have good Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to clearly express information and accurately process files.
Work carefully and systematically, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to complete tasks according to instructions.
Applicants with relevant office administrative work experience will be given priority, fresh graduates can also apply.
Need basic time management skills, able to complete multiple administrative tasks within a specified time limit.
