Job Description
Repair technician
• Responsible for all labor and student dormitory maintenance, including water and electricity, doors and windows, furniture, appliances (air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.), walls, pipes, etc. facilities and equipment maintenance and repair.
• After receiving a maintenance request, promptly rush to the site to ensure maintenance quality, shorten maintenance time, reduce impact on residents, and keep maintenance records.
• Regularly inspect and maintain dormitory facilities and equipment, promptly identify potential faults, and take preventive measures to avoid safety hazards and reduce maintenance costs.
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools and materials, do a good job of issuing, registering and storing materials, and use materials reasonably to avoid waste.
• Collaborate with the dormitory management team to answer residents’ questions about the use of facilities and equipment, provide simple usage instructions, and handle resident complaints.
• Able to independently handle various common maintenance problems, master the diagnosis and maintenance skills of air conditioners, electrical appliances, etc., and be familiar with relevant safety operating procedures.
Repair apprentice
• Follow the maintenance technician and learn the maintenance and repair skills of various facilities and equipment in the dormitory, including water and electricity, doors and windows, household appliances, pipes, etc., and assist the technician in completing maintenance work.
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools and materials, their organization, cleaning and storage, and assisting the master in maintaining repair records, material issuance and registration, etc.
• Assist the chef in conducting a dormitory facilities and equipment inspection, learn to identify potential faults and safety hazards, and assist in handling them.
• Learn related repair knowledge and safety operating procedures, familiar with various repair tools, and gradually improve independent repair skills.
• Collaborate with the dormitory management team to assist in answering residents’ simple facility usage questions, and assist in handling simple maintenance and assistance work.
