Main responsibilities

● Assist in writing and publishing recruitment advertisements to attract suitable candidates.

● Screen resumes, schedule interviews and contact candidates.

● Assist new employees with their onboarding process, including preparing necessary documents and materials.

● Follow up on recruitment progress, update recruitment database, and ensure information accuracy.

● Assist with handling employee inquiries and daily administrative tasks.

● Support other projects and activities of the human resources department.

Qualifications for employment

● Currently enrolled or graduated from university, human resources management, business management or related fields are preferred.

● Have good communication skills and team spirit.

● Have strong interest in recruitment and human resources management, and willing to learn related knowledge and skills.

● Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office and other office software.

● Have good organizational and time management skills.
