Duties (core functions block presentation):

Performance and salary management: Lead the whole process of employee performance evaluation, collect and complete the salary preliminary review, and summarize and submit for approval according to the company's rules;

Personnel file and contract management: Coordinate employee personnel file management, organize file appraisal, cleaning and destruction work;

Responsible for the drafting, formulation and signing of labor contracts and related agreements.

Employee relations and dispute resolution: Answer employees’ questions about personnel rules and regulations, handle complaints and internal labor and management disputes, and improve communication channels;

Corporate culture construction: Promote company cultural system construction, plan various cultural activities, enhance employee satisfaction and dedication, and build harmonious labor and capital relations.

Requirements (ability dimension layered annotation):

Education and work experience: Bachelor's degree or above, human resources/management major, more than 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of Hong Kong HR work experience;

Professional skills required: Have human resources planning ability, be familiar with performance system design, be able to independently design external expansion channel incentive schemes, and have COE (Center of Expert) ability;

Familiar with the insurance/trust industry, strong learning ability, understand the business process and departmental collaboration mode of the Noah International module;

Proficient in Hong Kong labor policy and regulations, with rich experience in handling labor disputes.
