Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product packaging operations, including classification, labeling, sealing, and quality inspection, to ensure that the goods are shipped in accordance with the standard specifications

• Pick and pack goods according to order requirements, accurately verify the item, quantity and batch information, and improve warehouse operation efficiency

• Operate basic packaging equipment and tools (such as tape dispensers, electronic scales, barcode scanners, etc.), and perform daily cleaning and simple maintenance

• Support the team to achieve daily production targets, complete packaging and delivery processes within the specified time frame, and support logistics coordination activities

• Follow the factory safety rules and sanitation standards, keep the work area clean and orderly, and regularly participate in internal safety and operation training

Work requirements

• Year 18, no academic qualifications, welcome fresh graduates and career changers to apply

• No need for relevant work experience, the company provides comprehensive on-the-job training and position guidance

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities

• Good physical condition, able to adapt to standing work and light handling (single time not exceeding 15 kg)

• Responsibility and team spirit, able to cooperate with shift arrangements, and hold a valid Hong Kong work visa or accept employer assistance with visa application

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD$16,000 to $24,000, depending on performance and experience, with a clear and transparent pay structure

This position has a work schedule of 9 am to 6 pm daily, working five days a week (Monday to Friday), with actual shifts determined by operational needs.
