To strengthen food safety and quality management, we implemented the SAP management system in 2014, allowing customers to trace food safety and quality, process progress, and logistics status at any time. In 2018, we introduced advanced heavy-duty and automated production machines, and the factory invested a large amount of money to establish a brand new R&D product development department. Together with our professional bread craftsmen, we will subcontract production to top restaurants, hotels and delis, making cookies, mooncakes, pancakes and sandwich loaves of various types of food, and daily fresh production of more new-style bread and baked goods to meet the market demand.
