1. As the independent operating area of the Wisdom Eagle District, I am fully responsible for the planning and execution of various business within the region.

2. Responsible for developing and implementing regional market development strategies to drive business sustained growth.

3. Organize and lead the team to complete business development tasks based on company goals, and improve market share.

4. Coordinate departmental cooperation to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

5. Regularly analyze regional business data, evaluate operating performance, and propose optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Have good management skills and leadership qualities, and be able to effectively motivate and cultivate subordinates.

2. Familiar with the characteristics of the regional market, those with relevant industry or business expansion experience are given priority.

3. Have strong communication and coordination skills and stress resistance ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

4. Have practical experience in recruiting and training teams, and be able to build high-efficiency teams according to needs.

5. Need to have basic market analysis and business planning skills, able to independently complete project promotion and implementation.
