Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers from consultation, solution planning, application counseling to contract implementation, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.

• Provide professional, accurate and timely answers and support to customers’ questions about overseas study paths, school selection, course matching, application preparation, and visa procedures, etc.

• Regularly collect local and international higher education market dynamics, competitive agency service models and customer feedback, analyze and sort them out, and submit them to the management layer for assistance in optimizing service content and sales strategy.

Work requirements

• Hold a recognized university bachelor's degree or above, with education, psychology, language, international relations or related fields being particularly suitable.

• Have at least 1 to 3 years of full-time work experience in sales, customer service or education consulting; those with international school, study abroad intermediary, or college admission counseling background are given priority.

• Familiar with the Hong Kong local education system and mainstream overseas study destinations (such as the UK, Australia, Canada, the United States, Singapore, etc.) Admission requirements and application procedures.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication, able to independently write Chinese and English academic consulting documents, email responses and presentation materials.

• Have a high sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and empathy, be good at listening to parents and students’ needs, and promote service results with integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude.

Salary and employment arrangements

• Monthly salary range is from HKD$18,000 to $24,000, with flexible base pay, actual salary will be determined based on experience and ability.

• Establish a performance-oriented commission system, successful promotion and application for further study can obtain extra high commission returns.

• Working location is located in Bo Lung Street, Lai Chi Kok, with a clean and orderly office environment and convenient transportation (nearby MTR Mei Foo Station).

• Employment type is full-time, and you need to execute daily duties in the office

• Accept applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa, and other legal work permits.
