Responsibilities:

1. Agile Project Execution & Support

· Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) alongside the Scrum Master, manage Jira/Confluence artifacts (backlogs, task trackers, documentation), and ensure adherence to Agile delivery principles.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track task progress, identify and escalate risks/blockers, and contribute to the timely delivery of project milestones.

2. Intelligent Technology Development & Implementation

· Design and implement scalable systems (automation workflows, predictive analytics modules, cloud pipelines) using open-source tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Dify, n8n), leveraging best practices for performance and scalability.

· Ensure system security, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle, adhering to internal protocols and industry standards.

3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination

· Support vendor selection and procurement processes: contribute to business case development, conduct ROI analysis, and assist in managing RFP documentation and vendor engagements.

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, providing technical input and support throughout the vendor partnership lifecycle.

4. BAU Support & Compliance Management

· Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and lead the implementation of minor to moderate enhancements to improve system performance.

· Oversee adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards, integrating compliance checks into daily technical operations.

5. Innovation & Continuous Learning

· Research emerging technology trends (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI), pilot new tools and frameworks, and propose adoption strategies to enhance technical capabilities.

· Promote a culture of learning by leading workshops, documenting technical processes, and facilitating team knowledge-sharing activities.

6. Project Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

· Prepare and present project progress updates, technical roadmaps, and insights to stakeholders and business partners, ensuring clarity on technical outcomes.

· Translate complex technical insights into actionable narratives that support business transformation goals and align stakeholders on technical direction.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

· Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, and QA teams to contribute to end-to-end project delivery, spanning ideation to production.

· Take ownership of technical tasks across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with team objectives and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 1+ year of experience in intelligent systems, AI-related technologies, technical development, or system implementation.

· Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery and familiarity with Jira/Confluence is highly desirable.

· Exposure to cloud-native technologies, automation tools, or data pipelines is an advantage.

· Proficient in Python programming language and experienced with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Familiarity with containerization (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to design and implement scalable infrastructure.

· Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and open-source automation tools (e.g., Dify, n8n, Airflow) is advantageous.

· Strong understanding of system security, compliance, and governance best practices in technical development.

· Self-driven learner with adaptability to evolving technology trends and a passion for innovation.

· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and strategies clearly.

· Resilient and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments while maintaining attention to detail.

· Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical outcomes.

· Agile (CSM/PSM), cloud, or AI/ML certifications are preferred but not required.

· Fluency in English (written and spoken) and able to communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.

· Fluency in Cantonese is required.

· Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
