Job Description
Duties:
Lead the compliance disclosure of listed companies' financial statements, be responsible for the compilation of annual reports (20-F/10-K), quarterly reports, etc. SEC reports to ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the accurate and timely compilation of the group's consolidated financial statements, and managing monthly/quarterly closing processes.
Conduct financial data analysis, compile management reports, and support business decisions.
Maintain financial reporting-related internal control systems to ensure SOX compliance and effectively coordinate with investor relations, legal, and business teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, and related fields.
Preference will be given to those with HKICPA or equivalent international qualifications (such as ACCA, CPAA, AICPA).
Must have Big 4 or well-known accounting firm audit work experience, and have deeply participated in U.S. or Hong Kong stock IPO audit projects, or serve as core members of the project responsible for annual audits of U.S. listed companies.
Proficient in US GAAP and SEC financial disclosure rules, with full process experience from 0 to 1 in leading or deeply participating in the compilation and external disclosure of listed companies' annual reports (20-F/10-K).
Proficient in the compilation of consolidated financial statements, familiar with complex equity structures, foreign exchange translations, and internal transaction offsets; with excellent financial data analysis and modeling capabilities.
Familiar with SOX internal control compliance requirements, and have actual implementation experience, with excellent Chinese and English communication skills.
