We are seeking a professional with customer service experience in the financial printing industry, primarily responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers and financial printing service suppliers, and ensuring that the company's financial statements (such as annual reports, mid-year reports, etc.) are accurate and timely submitted to the HKEX Newsmart platform.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers, financial printing companies and internal teams to ensure smooth file creation and printing processes.

Familiar withHong Kong listed company's financial statements (such as annual reports, interim reports, circulars, etc.) Provide a flowchart and assist customers in completingHKEX Newsmart (Hong Kong Stock Exchange Disclosure Easy) The upload work.

Proofread and review financial report documents to ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure requirements.

Handling customer inquiries and providing professional and efficient customer support.

Assist the team in handling other administrative and office work.

Requirements:

1-2 years or above financial printing industry customer service experience, familiar with the financial printing process.

Familiar with the operation of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure easy (HKEX Newsmart) platform, those who have experience in uploading annual reports, interim reports, etc. are preferred.

Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English

Detail-oriented and patient, able to efficiently handle multiple tasks and complete them on time. Proficient in Microsoft Office
