<p><strong>Full-time tea drink supervisor (Taiwanese style)</strong> </p><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities: </p><p>1. Supervise and manage the operation of a tea house</p><p>2. Ensure operating procedures, sanitation standards, and quality meet company standards</p><p>3. Check equipment maintenance, materials management and inventory status to ensure the store runs normally</p><p>4. Supervise employee performance, assist in training new employees, and improve quality and efficiency</p><p>5. Assist the store in formulating promotion activities to boost sales and customer satisfaction</p><p>6. Responsible for the overall operation of various food delivery platforms, including business district analysis, traffic acquisition, platform activities, marketing planning, etc. </p><p></p><p>8. Communicate daily with operations strategy and platform data, feedback on store issues, and boost store traffic</p><p></p><p>Work requirements: </p><p>1. Have tea industry experience, familiar with the store operation process and product preparation</p><p>2. Have team management experience, able to effectively communicate with employees, customers and headquarters</p><p>3. Able to independently analyze sales data and propose solutions</p><p>4. Willing to accept challenges and continuously improve personal abilities and performance</p><p>5.
