Job Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming inquiries and customer reception, providing professional and polite external communication services.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including letter writing, report organization, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in handling simple accounting transactions, such as expense registration, invoice sorting and support for reporting procedures.
  • Complete all the administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor and support departmental operations.

Work requirements

  • College degree or above, with good Chinese reading and writing skills, and able to write fluently in official documents and emails are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic skills in document processing and data organization.
  • Have at least one year of relevant administrative work experience, familiar with office operations.
  • Have independent work ability, good at communication and coordination, and team spirit.
  • Applicants who can immediately start work will be given priority.
