Job Responsibilities

• Promote various financial products, including insurance, investment funds, retirement plans, etc., and provide appropriate investment solutions based on customers' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Analyze market trends and economic dynamics, write professional investment advice reports, and help customers understand market information and make rational decisions.
• Assist customers in personal asset allocation, evaluate risk and return, provide customized risk management strategies, and enhance the stability and long-term returns of investment portfolios.
• Stay in close contact with existing customers, conduct regular follow-up visits and portfolio reviews, provide ongoing financial advice, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management or related fields, with professional qualifications such as securities, insurance or financial planning, is preferred.
• Familiar with various financial product characteristics and regulatory norms, with basic market analysis skills and financial planning knowledge.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication and sales skills, be able to effectively understand customer needs and build trust relationships.
• Active and proactive, with goal-oriented and self-motivation abilities, able to achieve performance targets under pressure.
