Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the coffee shop, including customer reception, ordering and payment, etc. front-line service work.
- Proficient in operating an Italian espresso machine and manual brewing equipment, consistently producing Italian espresso and high-quality pour-over coffee.
- Recommend suitable coffee beans and beverages based on customer preferences, actively share information about coffee origin, processing method, and flavor characteristics, and enhance customer experience.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning and maintenance, material inventory, bar counter maintenance, and inventory management.
- Have at least one year of practical barista work experience, familiar with Italian extraction parameters and pour-over variables
- Able to independently complete the entire process from greeting, production to cleaning, with good time management and multi-task processing skills.
- Clear and polite oral expression, warm and proactive attitude, and willingness to interact with customers from different backgrounds and convey coffee culture.
- Pay attention to details and sanitation standards, strictly follow food safety regulations and in-store operation rules.
- Can be adjusted to meet the shift needs of the Tseung Kwan O store, providing at least three days of part-time hours per week (including weekends), with each shift not less than 6 hours.
