Duties:

1. Set an example and lead and motivate the team to strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations to ensure high-quality store operations;

2. Daily operations and management of the store, including but not limited to improving customer experience, cost control, and operating indicators;

3. Focus on managing the main loss products in the store to reduce losses;

4. Employee Management: Including but not limited to personnel recruitment, training, development, etc.;

5. External communication and coordination, including but not limited to property management, on-site customer complaints, etc.

6. Create and provide consistently high-quality beverages and light snacks:

Requirements:

1. Accept shift work

2. Have excellent service awareness, team management skills, strong stress resistance, efficient execution and problem handling abilities;

Working hours:

1. Monthly six days off and labor holidays
