Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and master the production process and quality standards of continental-style bread, classic desserts and fresh sandwiches, including dough preparation, fermentation control, baking parameter setting and finished product plating and presentation.
- Health and wellness, able to adapt to early shifts (rotating 7 am to 7 pm) and standing work as the main work rhythm, with basic physical strength and focus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and sanitation standards, able to follow food safety rules and company operating SOPs, and actively reflect abnormal situations.
- Willing to take on the challenges and pressures of the learning process, with patience, stress resistance, and self-motivation, in order to achieve the goal of promotion within nine to twelve months.
- After completing training and passing the evaluation, the monthly salary will be adjusted to HKD$18,000 (with a promotion to the middle level within about a year), and the company will provide hospital insurance for employees.
- Monthly enjoy paid annual leave and statutory public holidays, and enjoy paid sick leave and maternity/paternity leave as prescribed by the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
