<p>Report to: Product Manager</p><ul><li>Work with 2 BA and support 1) Data analytics + 2) e-commerce project</li><li>Simple AI platform – Create user enquiry chatbot</li><li>Product development cycle</li></ul><p></p><p>About the Job <br>- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, rationale, and value for digital projects, contributing to planning, design, execution, and evaluation of assigned projects and campaigns. <br>- Design, execute, and evaluate data analytics projects, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and implementation of data quality assurance measures. <br>- Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing data-driven recommendations for business strategies and UI/UX improvements. <br>- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders, including financial performance metrics, operational KPIs, and market trend analyses. <br>- Serve as an individual feature owner and independent contributor in the product development team, working across internal and cross-functional business units for digital projects. <br>- Analyze digital journey effectiveness by reviewing usage metrics, drop-off rates, and other key performance indicators to optimize user experiences. <br>- Serve as a data expert within the product development team, contributing to the planning, design, and evaluation of digital projects across internal and cross-functional business units. <br>- Design and complete test cases to ensure data integrity and reliability throughout the product development lifecycle. <br>- Handle any other data-related tasks assigned by the product owner. <br><br>Requirements: <br>- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. <br>- At least <strong>3 years</strong> of experience in <strong>data analytics, business intelligence</strong>, or related field. <br>- Experience with <strong>product development cycles from requirement collection, development, to testing and releases. </strong><br>- Excellent <strong>data visualization and presentation skills. </strong><br>- Proficiency in <strong>data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).</strong> <br>- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Clickup, Trello, Asana or similar tools).<br>- Experience in eCommerce, MarTech, or SaaS services will be an advantage. <br>- Experienced in any automation flow tools (n8n, Dify or similar tools) is a plus. <br>- Knowledge in any context engineering methods is a plus. <br>- An independent and fast worker as well as a good team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. <br>- Ability to work under pressure and handle stakeholders' data-related inquiries. <br>- Strong business acumen, optimistic & open to constant learning. <br>- Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.</p>
