Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily operation and management of the children's education center, scheduling instructor commuting time, course scheduling, teaching materials and theme arrangements, and ensuring that every class has an instructor
Communicate with parents and ensure service quality and other matters
Parent inquiries, promote courses, handle daily appointment mattersEnsure monthly center performance goals are achieved as plannedFamiliar with the local early childhood education market dynamics and parent needsJob RequirementsHave 3 years or more of experience in managing a children's education centerHold a certificate, diploma or degree in early childhood education (ECE); those with administrative management backgrounds may also be consideredCantonese, Mandarin, and English fluentlyDevelopment and welfareProvide competitive bonuses and promotion opportunities
