Main responsibilities:

• * Responsible for position changes, scheduling medical and nursing staff's shift and leave arrangements
• *Prepare and update the schedule, etc.
• *Handle colleague or customer inquiries and complaints with a professional attitude
• *Other temporary responsibilities can be assigned to work under pressure, sense of responsibility, good communication skills and organizational skills

Entry Requirements:

• * Secondary three education or above * Punctual, studious, and polite
• * Good Cantonese is preferred; general Mandarin; general English; able to read and write Chinese; able to read and write English
• * Have basic computer operations knowledge
• * Detail-oriented, able to handle work independently, good organizational and time management skills
• * Good promotion opportunities, comfortable work and rest environment

Working hours and location: Work 5.5 days per week, 8 hours per day, on shift

*One week has 2-3 days when you need to go to the Tseung Kwan O office, and the rest of the days can be arranged to work from home
