Job Description
- Assist senior property consultants in handling customer inquiries and providing professional real estate consulting services
- Collect and organize market data, and assist in formulating property promotion strategies
- Accompany customers to view properties, introduce property details and answer related questions
- Assist in handling buying or leasing transaction processes, including document processing and follow-up
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, and uncover potential customer needs
- Secondary school graduation or above, with strong interest in the real estate industry
- Have good communication skills and interpersonal network building ability
- Responsibility, able to handle and follow up customer needs independently
- Need basic computer operations knowledge, familiar with common office software
