Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management of the mechanical and electrical site engineering, coordinate and supervise the progress and quality of on-site construction
Communicate with the engineering team, contractors and relevant departments to solve on-site technical issues
Write and organize engineering reports, construction records, and other Chinese written materials
According to project needs, execute other site management tasks assigned by the supervisor
Secondary school education or above, with good Chinese writing skills, and able to understand basic English letters are preferred
Familiar with site operations and mechanical and electrical engineering construction specifications
Those with more experience will be considered for appointment as senior site foreman
Monthly salary of HKD 28,000 to 45,000, depending on experience
Enjoy 13 months of salary, with the opportunity to receive bonuses
Enjoy 10 paid annual leave days each year
