Three. Positioning of the post

As the core executive position of IIOE Hong Kong Training Center, I am responsible for cross-institutional communication, project implementation, resource coordination, and other key tasks. It is an important hub for connecting the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's Higher Education Innovation Center, IIOE's International Network Education Institute, and internal and external partners, helping to efficiently advance Hong Kong Training Center's Web3.0, blockchain, digital assets, fintech, ESG, and other cutting-edge training business.

Four. Job Responsibilities

Resource coordination and management: Coordinate internal (Weidong Cloud Education), external (Hong Kong local government and enterprises, AI/Web3/FinTech enterprises, industry associations, overseas universities) multiple resources, build a resource docking bridge, and ensure the supply of resources for training projects, forum activities, cross-border cooperation, etc.;

Document and brand support: Responsible for writing, translation and sorting of English/Chinese bilingual materials (including project proposals, meeting minutes, cooperation agreements, publicity materials, etc.), and helping the IIOE Hong Kong Training Center to promote its brand and build international influence;

Five. Job Requirements

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, English, educational administration, financial technology, business English, etc., are preferred;

Work experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, those with cross-institutional collaboration, project assistant, international education/training industry-related experience are preferred, those familiar with Hong Kong's education or digital economy industry are given extra points;

Core competencies:

Execution and attention to detail: Have strong project push awareness, be meticulous and efficient in completing multi-threaded tasks;

Communication and expression skills: clear logic, good listening, and excellent Chinese and English communication, negotiation and reporting skills;

Stress resistance and adaptability: able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and accept cross-regional (Shenzhen - Hong Kong) collaboration-related business trips;
