Lead and coordinate‌ various infrastructure teams</p><p>3. Develop a detailed installation plan, schedule, and on-site coordination</p><p>4. Improve construction quality management for multiple contractors</p><p>5. Control project progress and implement risk response measures</p><p>6. Supervise on-site handover progress and coordinate installation issues</p><p>7. Manage device delivery plans and supplier supply chain issues</p><p>‌8. Regularly compile management reports using management tools and report to senior management</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above</p><p>2. More than 10 years of large-scale project management experience</p><p>3. Proficient in deploying new building structured cabling systems and building infrastructure</p><p>4. At the same time, have project management skills:</p><p>4.1. Complete management of the project life cycle (from planning to acceptance), ensuring IT infrastructure meets enterprise standards through standardized processes</p><p>4.2, Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and cross-departmental collaboration ability</p><p>4.3, Strong proactive learning awareness, outstanding self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to independently shoulder pressure to ensure project delivery on schedule</p><p>4.4, excellent written and oral skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese/Mandarin)</p><p></p>
