[Job Responsibilities]

1. Supply chain management and procurement optimization

Responsible for executing batch purchase strategies, supplier sourcing and price comparison through multiple platforms, implementing cost control, and completing the full process from order collection to confirmation.

2. Customer relationship maintenance and sales execution

Independently handle wholesale customer orders, be fully responsible for pre-sales, sales inquiries and post-sales follow-up, and ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.

3. Business development and resource expansion

Actively use various channels to develop new customers and backup suppliers, expand the company's business resource pool and optimize the supply chain structure.

4. Invoice and payment management

Manage the issuance of commercial invoices, actively coordinate and follow up customer payments, verify the status of payment receipts, and be responsible for handling payment differences to ensure company payment safety.

5. Inventory and logistics coordination

Coordinate with warehouse team on stock replenishment and delivery arrangements to ensure timely delivery to customers.

[Job Requirements]

1. Knowledge of Japanese is preferred, with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and familiarity with the procurement process. Candidates with mobile phone and digital product category procurement experience are preferred;

2. Strong cost control awareness, data sensitivity, clear thinking, and negotiation skills; sensitivity to market changes;

3. Have good professional ethics, preferably understand Cantonese and speak simple English;

Working hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00-19:00, Saturday half-day 9:00-13:00 (with overtime pay)

Social security and labor insurance, need to speak Mandarin, fluent Mandarin.
