Responsibilities:

· Assist building managers in handling security matters in office buildings and shopping malls

· Guide and arrange security officers’ daily work

· Execute patrols, visitor registration, vehicle entry and exit management

·Inspect office buildings and shopping malls inside and outside for security, report and handle emergency incidents, and write reports

· Process other daily related affairs

Requirements:

· Middle five level

· More than three years of experience in building security

· Hold a valid security guard certificate/QAS/safety card

· Understand basic computer operations

· Prior work experience in large commercial buildings/malls is preferred

· Proactive and diligent/daily property inspections/good customer communication skills
