Job Responsibilities:

1. Core delivery and collection business: Responsible for collecting and delivering laundry orders from individuals and commercial customers, responsible for loading, unloading, moving and stacking, strictly following the agreed delivery time (except for force majeure factors that need to be promptly reported), ensuring clear and accurate order flow records, and no overdue or missed delivery.

2. Assist business support: Assist the team to complete laundry and ironing work, ensure that the clothes are folded neatly, wrinkle-free and undamaged; Assist in handling self-pickup point express business, including express receipt, classification and sorting, notification of customer pickup and pickup registration.

3. Equipment and environmental maintenance: To meet the needs of the new store preparation, assist in completing the relocation and installation of laundry equipment; be responsible for daily cleaning and sanitation of the laundry room and work area (including ground, equipment surface, storage area, etc.), and maintain a clean and compliant environment.

4. Customer service support: Be patient and polite when communicating with customers about pick-up and delivery details, actively feedback customer needs or questions to help improve customer satisfaction; properly store customer clothing and company equipment to avoid loss, damage or contamination.

5. System and evaluation execution: Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and the work process of the position, actively cooperate with the store staff, store manager and management layer to carry out work, and participate in the monthly comprehensive responsibility evaluation.

Full-time salary and benefits:

- Monthly salary HK$16000-HK$18000 per month (base salary + commission per order + bonuses + store dividends)

- Work 8.5 hours a day [12:00-21:00/ (5:00-5:30) is the rest time]

- One day off per week, shift work, rotating breaks
