Job Description
Responsible for welcoming customers and providing high-quality service experiences
Handle daily operations, including ordering, delivery, and payment processes
Keep the dining environment clean and comfortable, and regularly clean and organize
Assist in handling customer inquiries or complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction
Support the team to achieve daily operations targets and related work arrangements
Have basic communication skills, able to communicate in Mandarin or English
Applicants with relevant service industry experience will be given priority, and those with no experience are welcome to apply
Need to have good service attitude and team spirit
Acceptable shift work, including evening, weekend and public holiday work
Basic computer skills are an added condition
