Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom teaching, including leading students in discussions, grading assignments and quizzes, proctoring and recording grades, etc. related teaching support work.

• Responsible for equipment preparation, operation demonstration, and on-site guidance in experimental or practical courses, ensuring student safety and understanding of the practical process.

• Manage course resources, such as maintaining course web pages, organizing and uploading teaching materials and lecture notes, updating learning resources, and improving students’ learning convenience.

• Assist teachers in conducting research affairs, including collecting and sorting out bibliographic data, performing basic data analysis, and writing a preliminary research report.

• Serve as a communication bridge between teachers and students, provide academic consulting services, respond to students’ questions and regularly feedback their learning status to teaching faculty.

Work requirements

• Currently a master's or doctoral student at our school, with good academic performance and learning enthusiasm.

• Have the basic knowledge and skills of the professional field, be able to understand course content and effectively support teaching activities.

• Have good communication skills and sense of responsibility, be patient in tutoring students and maintain close cooperation with teachers.

• Familiar with basic office software operations and network platform operation experience (such as: learning management system) are especially good.

• Flexible working hours that can be adjusted to the course schedule, suitable for full-time or part-time work, and attendance at the Hong Kong Island campus.
