Job duties

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores and ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.

• Conduct regular store visits to check performance, service quality, and operational execution.

• Drive stores to meet sales targets and improve KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, shrinkage).

• Analyse sales trends and support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

• Recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.

• Ensure strong customer service standards and handle escalated issues when needed.

• Maintain visual merchandising consistency and store readiness for new product drops.

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss‑prevention measures.

• Support store expansion, relocations, and improvement plans for underperforming stores.

• Provide market insights on competitors, customer behaviour, and store opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not always required).

• 3–5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in sportswear, athleisure, fashion, or mass apparel.

• Proven track record in managing multiple stores or overseeing a district/area.

• Strong background in store operations, sales management, and visual merchandising.

• Experience handling high‑traffic environments and multi‑store performance management.
