AMONAVIS (In my opinion) brand (with over 200+ fully-owned retail stores across the country)

8-hour work schedule, 3 shifts:

9:00-17:30, 12:00-20:00, 14:00/14:30-22:00/22:30

Salary structure: base salary + sales target achievement bonus + annual leave + uniform

Salesperson: 13000 base salary + 3%-5% personal sales bonus (total salary 18K-25K)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the store manager to implement regional marketing tasks and achieve sales targets

2. Carry out the division of labor and management of the store

3. Assist the store manager in goods procurement, stocking, and replenishment, and do a good job of goods acceptance, product display, product quality and service quality management, etc. related operations

4. Properly handle customer complaints and various conflicts that may arise in service work

Requirements:

• Strong language expression ability, clear enunciation

• Will use basic computer operations

• Secondary three education or above (with excellent conditions, the requirements may be relaxed)

• Strong learning ability, positive attitude, sunny and cheerful

• Fashionable image and temperament, height 158-165cm, weight 44KG-53KG

• Clear goals and good team spirit

• 1 year or above of clothing shopping experience (women's clothing/jewelry/luxury goods experience is preferred)
